Summary
This study aims to better understand how sleep problems affect women going through menopause. Researchers will observe 750 women using smartwatches and questionnaires to track their sleep patterns and current treatments. The goal is to gather information that could lead to better, more targeted treatments for menopause-related sleep issues in the future.
