New study tests which menopause hormone treatment works better
NCT ID NCT07496294
Summary
This study aims to compare two different progesterone treatments used alongside estrogen gel for menopausal hormone therapy. Researchers will follow 200 women with menopausal symptoms for 12 months to see which treatment provides better symptom relief, quality of life, and safety for the uterine lining. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either oral dydrogesterone pills or vaginal micronized progesterone cream while using the same estrogen gel.
