NCT ID NCT06678880

First seen Jan 20, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 14 times

Summary

This study looks at how sleep and light affect mood in women going through menopause. Researchers want to see if changing sleep timing for one night and using bright light for two weeks can help reset the body's internal clock and improve depression. Participants will provide urine samples, wear activity monitors, and complete mood questionnaires. The goal is to better understand the link between circadian rhythms and menopause-related depression.
