New meningitis b vaccine trial for korean infants shows promise

Summary
This study looks at how well a meningitis B vaccine works and how safe it is for healthy babies starting at 2 months old in South Korea. About 50 infants will receive two initial doses and one booster shot. Researchers will measure the immune response and watch for any side effects.
