Radioactive treatment targets tough brain tumors in new trial

Summary
This study is testing whether a radioactive drug called [177Lu]Lu-DOTATATE can help control the growth of meningioma brain tumors that are getting worse. About 153 adults whose brain tumors have progressed will receive either this new treatment or standard care. The main goal is to see if the new treatment keeps the tumors from growing longer than current options.
