Can a memory trick make PTSD therapy stick better for older vets?

Summary

This study is testing whether adding special memory support techniques to a standard PTSD therapy helps older Veterans learn and remember the therapy skills better. The goal is to see if this makes the treatment more effective for them. Researchers will work with a small group of Veterans over age 59 to develop and try out this combined approach.
