Summary
This study tests the drug mavacamten in 63 adults with a condition that makes the heart muscle too thick, causing symptoms like shortness of breath. The main goal is to see if the drug can shrink the heart muscle and improve heart function over 48 weeks. Participants take the medication and have MRI scans to measure changes.
