Summary
This study looks at whether the drug mavacamten can improve heart structure in 63 adults with a condition that makes the heart muscle too thick and blocks blood flow. Participants take the medication and have MRI scans to measure changes in heart size and thickness over 48 weeks. The goal is to see if the drug can reduce heart muscle mass and improve symptoms like shortness of breath.
