Summary
This study looked at 160 adults having sinus surgery to find the best dose of melatonin for helping them relax before the operation. Melatonin is a natural sleep hormone, and researchers tested different amounts to see which one worked best for sedation, steady heart rate and blood pressure, and pain control. The goal is to improve patient comfort and safety during surgery.
