First seen Mar 19, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 7 times

Summary

This early-stage study tests a new approach for people with advanced melanoma that has not responded to standard treatments. Nine participants will receive a special virus (TILT-123) designed to boost the immune system, along with chemotherapy and their own lab-grown immune cells (TILs). The main goal is to check safety and see if the combination can help control the disease.
