This study tracks fertility changes in 80 melanoma patients (women 18-37, men 18-45) before, during, and after treatment with anti-PD-1 or targeted therapy. Researchers measure hormone levels in women and sperm quality in men to understand how these treatments impact the ability to have children. The goal is to gather knowledge, not to treat the disease.
