Summary

This study looks at how immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI) treatment for melanoma affects reproductive organs and sex hormones. Researchers will collect blood samples and questionnaires from 80 participants during their regular treatment visits. Men will also provide semen samples. No extra treatments are given—this is an observational study to gather important information about potential side effects on fertility.
