New hope for melanoma patients who stop responding to standard treatment

Summary
This study is testing whether combining two existing cancer drugs can help control advanced melanoma that has started growing again after standard immunotherapy. It will enroll 60 adults whose cancer has progressed despite prior treatment. The goal is to see if this combination can shrink tumors and extend the time before the cancer worsens.
