Summary
This study is testing whether adding an experimental pill (GSK2636771) to an existing immunotherapy (pembrolizumab) can help control advanced melanoma that has not responded to prior treatments. It is specifically for patients whose cancer has a specific genetic change called PTEN loss. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if the combination can shrink tumors.
