Summary

This study is looking at blood samples from 200 people with melanoma to find markers that can help doctors track how well treatment is working. Participants will give blood before and during standard immunotherapy, and have scans every 12 weeks. The goal is to develop a simple blood test that can predict treatment response and guide personalized care.
