First seen Mar 10, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 8 times
Summary
This study tests whether a 6-day low-dose steroid (Medrol Dosepak) can reduce pain, nausea, and the need for opioid painkillers in 180 adults having foot or ankle surgery. Participants will report their pain and nausea levels, and researchers will track how many opioids they use. The goal is to find a safer way to manage post-surgery discomfort.
