Summary

This study looks at whether combining the Mediterranean diet with intermittent fasting can lower blood pressure in people newly diagnosed with hypertension. About 48 adults aged 40-65 with high blood pressure and a healthy weight will be assigned to different diet plans. Researchers will track blood pressure changes over time to see if this eating pattern offers a natural way to manage hypertension.
