Summary
This study is observing if following a Mediterranean diet helps people with type 1 diabetes get better results from a new automated insulin pump system. Researchers will track 240 participants for a year to see if better diet adherence improves blood sugar control, insulin use, and markers of heart health. The goal is to understand how diet and technology work together to manage diabetes.
