Summary
This study looks at whether a Mediterranean diet is safe and practical for 25 Hispanic or Black men with prostate cancer who get care at LBJ Hospital in Houston. The goal is to see if this diet can be part of managing their disease. Participants will follow the diet and be monitored for side effects.
