Summary
This study looked at whether a Mediterranean diet, sometimes combined with exercise, could help people with a type of fatty liver disease called MASLD. The goal was to see if the diet could reduce fat and scarring in the liver. 96 adults with confirmed MASLD took part. The results may help doctors better understand who benefits most from this approach.
