Summary

This study tests whether a Mediterranean diet can reduce fatigue in people with autoimmune hepatitis, a liver condition. About 48 adults will try both a Mediterranean and a Western diet in random order to see which one improves tiredness and quality of life. The goal is to find a simple, drug-free way to help manage a common symptom.
