Summary
This study is testing whether a meditation app can improve emotional well-being in lonely adults aged 60 and older. Researchers will use brain scans (fMRI and EEG) and surveys to see how the app affects feelings of loneliness, stress, and mood. The goal is to understand if a simple digital tool can help ease emotional distress.
