Summary
This study looked at whether a clinical pharmacist, using mobile medical apps, could find and prevent medication errors in hospitalized children aged 2 to 15. Over 2000 children took part, with some getting usual care and others getting extra pharmacist reviews. The goal was to see if this approach improves safety and care quality.
