Summary
This study tested whether having a pharmacist review medications via a home video visit could improve how older Veterans use their medicines. The study included 304 Veterans who took at least five daily drugs and had two or more chronic conditions. Researchers checked for inappropriate medication use and side effects to see if the televisits made a difference.
