NCT ID NCT07620808

First seen Jun 05, 2026 · Last updated Jun 18, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This study looks at whether providing medically tailored groceries can help people with type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure keep up healthy eating habits and control their blood sugar and blood pressure. About 80 adults who already took part in a meal delivery study will receive special groceries for 4 months. Researchers will measure changes in diet quality, HbA1c, and blood pressure to see if this approach works.
