Summary

This study looks at a new way to fix a common elbow fracture in children using anchors with sutures instead of screws or pins. The goal is to reduce problems like hardware irritation and the need for a second surgery to remove implants. Nine children under 15 with displaced fractures will be treated and followed to see how well their elbow function recovers.
