Summary
This study compares group-based MDMA-assisted therapy to individual sessions for people diagnosed with PTSD after the events of October 7, 2023. Researchers want to see if the group approach is as safe and effective as individual therapy. Participants will receive MDMA in a controlled setting, along with preparation and integration sessions. The trial aims to offer more accessible treatment options for trauma survivors.
