Summary

This early-stage study tests whether MDMA-assisted therapy can help adults with bulimia nervosa reduce binge eating. Forty participants will be assigned to MDMA therapy, a tailored version, or standard treatment over 10 weeks, with follow-up at 6 months. The goal is to see if MDMA can ease anxiety and openness during therapy to improve outcomes.
