Summary
This small study tested whether a drug called MDMA (often known as ecstasy) could help veterans with PTSD and their partners improve symptoms and relationship satisfaction. Sixteen veterans and their intimate partners took part in therapy sessions with MDMA. The goal was to see if this approach could reduce PTSD symptoms and improve how couples get along.
