Summary
This study tests an investigational drug called MD-18, given as a shot under the skin, in healthy adults who are overweight or obese. The main goal is to check if the drug is safe and tolerable at different doses. About 54 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either MD-18 or a placebo. This is an early-stage (Phase 1) trial, so it focuses on safety rather than weight loss effectiveness.
