First seen May 19, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study looked at whether adding a special massage technique (Graston) to standard McKenzie back exercises helps people with chronic lower back pain more than exercises alone. Seventy adults with long-term back pain were split into two groups and treated for several weeks. Researchers measured pain, how well they could move, and how much their daily activities were affected.
