Summary
This study tested whether a video-assisted laryngoscope (McGrath Mac) helps doctors place breathing tubes more successfully on the first try compared to the standard tool (Macintosh) in intensive care patients. Over 370 adults who needed a breathing tube took part. The goal was to see which device leads to fewer complications and faster, safer intubation.
