Summary
This early-phase study tests the safety of a new investigational drug called MCAM in 24 healthy adults. Researchers will measure how the drug moves through the body and check for side effects. Participants receive either the drug or a placebo and stay in a clinic for 4 days. The goal is to find the highest safe dose, not to treat the condition.
