New stent aims to fix Life-Threatening aortic tears without open surgery

Summary
This early study tests a new device (MBA) placed inside the aorta to treat dangerous bulges or tears in the main artery near the heart. About 20 people will get the device to see if it is safe and works well over 5 years. The goal is to avoid major complications like stroke or paralysis.
