First seen Feb 01, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study is testing whether a special type of immune cell therapy (CAR-T cells) can be successfully made right at the hospital for children and adults with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia that has come back or not responded to standard treatments. The main goal is to see if the manufacturing process works, not yet to prove the treatment cures the disease. About 12 participants will be enrolled.
