New drug combo targets tough cancers in early trial

Summary
This study tests a new experimental drug called mavrostobart (PT199) in people with advanced solid tumors, specifically non-small cell lung cancer and pancreatic cancer. The drug is given alone or combined with other cancer treatments. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if it helps shrink tumors. About 40 adults will take part.
