Summary
This study is testing a drug called mavacamten in 50 adults in India who have a condition where the heart muscle is too thick, making it hard for the heart to pump blood. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and can improve symptoms like chest pain and shortness of breath. Participants will take the medication and be monitored for side effects and heart-related events.
