Summary
This study tests a new vaccine called TdaP2gen in 320 pregnant women in Thailand to see if it safely protects their babies from tetanus, diphtheria, and whooping cough. The vaccine is given during pregnancy, and researchers measure antibody levels in mothers and infants up to 18 months old. The goal is to find a better way to prevent these serious diseases in newborns.
