Summary
This study is testing if using a more relaxed target range for a mother's blood sugar during labor leads to fewer cases of low blood sugar in her newborn. Researchers are comparing the standard, stricter blood sugar control to a new, more liberal approach in pregnant people with diabetes. The goal is to find the best way to manage diabetes during delivery to improve outcomes for babies.
