Summary
This study tested whether connective tissue massage or classical massage works better for people with long-term low back pain. Thirty adults were split into three groups: one got classical massage, one got connective tissue massage, and one got only standard physical therapy. All treatments happened three times a week for four weeks. Researchers measured pain, mobility, and quality of life before and after treatment to see which approach helped most.
