This study looked at whether a 20-minute session in an automated massage chair can help the body relax and recover in healthy young women aged 19-26. Researchers compared female university athletes to inactive students to see if fitness level changes the effect. They measured heart rate patterns before and up to 72 hours after the massage to track stress and recovery balance.
