Summary

This study looks at whether massage and light touch therapies can change brain activity and help reduce anxiety. About 46 healthy adults will receive either Swedish massage or light touch therapy twice a week for 6 weeks. Brain scans before and after the treatment period will measure changes in brain networks and stress responses.
