Summary

This completed Phase 1 study looked at how healthy men absorb, process, and eliminate a single oral dose of ABBV-1354 (Icalcaprant). Eight participants were monitored for side effects, vital signs, and drug levels in blood, urine, and feces. The goal was to understand the drug's journey through the body, not to treat any disease.
