First seen Apr 08, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This early-stage study aims to understand how a potential Huntington disease drug, LPM3770164, is processed and eliminated from the body. Eight healthy Chinese men will receive a single radioactive dose, and researchers will measure the drug and its breakdown products in blood, urine, and stool. The study does not treat Huntington disease but provides essential safety and metabolism data for future research.
