No-Marker gait test: a game changer for kids who trip and fall?
NCT ID NCT07572214
First seen May 07, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study tested a new, markerless motion capture system that uses video cameras and artificial intelligence to analyze how children walk, instead of the traditional method that requires sticky markers on the skin. Researchers compared the two approaches in 50 children with walking difficulties to see if the markerless system gives equally useful results. The goal is to make gait analysis faster, more comfortable, and less anxiety-provoking for children.
