New study tracks real-world use of maribavir for post-transplant CMV

Summary
This study follows 75 adults in Belgium who have had a stem cell or solid organ transplant and developed a CMV infection. Researchers will watch how doctors use the drug maribavir and how well it clears the virus, including side effects and whether the infection comes back. Participants are not asked to follow a special schedule—data is collected from their regular doctor visits over 2 years.
