Summary
This study is testing an experimental vaccine designed to protect against Marburg virus disease, a serious and often fatal illness. Researchers are enrolling 200 healthy adults to receive either the vaccine or a placebo injection. The main goals are to check how safe the vaccine is and to measure the immune response it creates over one year of follow-up.
