Summary
This study tests whether using MRI scans to guide higher doses of radiation to the exact spot where prostate cancer has returned after surgery can better lower PSA levels. It involves 37 men whose PSA rose after prostate removal. The goal is to see if this targeted approach improves cancer control without increasing side effects.
