Summary
This study looked at whether a daily 5-day course of manual lymphatic drainage (a type of gentle massage) could improve fluid drainage from the brain and help thinking skills in people with moderate to severe traumatic brain injury. Only 2 people were enrolled before the study was stopped early. Researchers used special imaging and thinking tests to measure any changes.
