New combo therapy aims to control mantle cell lymphoma

Summary
This study tests a new drug combination (bendamustine, rituximab, cytarabine, and zanubrutinib) as initial treatment for mantle cell lymphoma. After this induction phase, participants receive maintenance therapy with zanubrutinib and rituximab, with or without an additional drug called sonrotoclax. The goal is to see if this approach improves complete response rates and controls the disease long-term. The study enrolls 60 adults who have not received prior lymphoma therapy.
