New combo therapy aims to control aggressive lymphoma

Summary
This early-phase study tests whether giving acalabrutinib and rituximab followed by a special cell therapy (brexucabtagene autoleucel) can help control high-risk mantle cell lymphoma in people who have not yet been treated. About 22 participants will receive the combination to see if it is safe and effective. The main goal is to check for serious side effects within 30 days after the cell infusion.
